1. Engagement

By engaging Pleron Labs for software development services, you agree to the terms outlined in your specific Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Statement of Work (SOW). These online terms apply to general website usage and preliminary consultations.

2. Intellectual Property

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a custom contract:

• Client Ownership: You retain full ownership of the code, designs, and IP created specifically for your project upon full payment.
• Background IP: Pleron Labs retains ownership of pre-existing libraries, tools, and methodologies used to accelerate development.

3. Limitation of Liability

Pleron Labs provides software "as is" for advice and consultation purposes prior to a formal contract. We are not liable for business losses incurred from the use of our public website or free tools.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh and international arbitration standards where applicable.
